Nutrition Education Program School Enrichment Kits (Middle School)
Middle School

Due to special grant funding, this program is only available to elementary schools where 50% or more of the students participate in the free and reduced price school lunch program.
 
What’s in the kit? 

  • Six lesson plans with hands on activities and educational games
  • Supplies and handout copies for every student!
 
How does it work?

  • NEP staff delivers the kit directly to the classroom
  • Kit remains with the teacher for up to 4 weeks
  • Teacher decides how to work the lessons into their schedule
  • NEP staff returns to the classroom to pick up the kit and do a follow up lesson as requested
