Keeping It Clean
Kindergarten - 3rd Grades

Here today, gone tomorrow. That may be true about some things, but not about garbage. Students will learn the importance of recycling, make their own sheet of recycled paper, and have the option to watch the “Rotton Truth” video.
 
Other standards addressed:
Students will...
  • Science 4.7.2 - ...develop an understanding of the types of resources.
  • Reading 8.3.1 and 4.3.1 - ...pose questions and contribute their own information or ideas in group discussions in order to acquire new knowledge.
One visit will be scheduled during this project.
 
Fee for Keeping It Clean: $30 per classroom (up to 30 students)
